2004-08-12 Undergraduate Summer Research Symposium Join Us for the Nanomaterials Science and Engineering Summer Internship and IGERT Summer Undergraduate Research Frontiers Symposium. The Symposium will be Wednesday, August 11 at 9:00 in CCR 201 2004-03-26 The Department is proud to announce that one of its recent graduates, Charles Capozzi, has received Honorable Mention for his NSF Graduate Fellowship application. While it's regrettable that he didn't get the fellowship, it is still a great honor for him and the undergraduate program considering how competitive the NSF Graduate Fellowship program is. Charles’ research proposal for the application was based on his research with Professor Jun John Xu. His research has been highlighted in The Rutgers Scholar: An Electronic Bulletin of Undergraduate Research, (Volume 4 and Volume 5). Charles will be attending graduate school in September and is still deciding between a number of schools, including Rutgers University. |
