Materials Science and Engineering Student awarded ASM Scholarship

MSE Junior Shane Gallagher is receiving the 2022 William Park Woodside Founder’s Scholarship from the ASM Education Foundation at the ASM Annual Meeting IMAT 2022 in New Orleans. This fellowship is one year full tuition of up to $10,000. It was established in 1996 by Mrs. Sue Woodside Shulec in honor of her grandfather, William Park Woodside, a man whose vision and leadership evolved into the founding of ASM International, currently the world's largest and most established materials information society.
